CG#17 - “Shock Rock”

No, I’m not talking about the music; I’m talking about a science fiction story I wrote when I was about 10 years old. In this edition of the Catholic Geek Podcast, I read my sci-fi story that placed first in the state of Iowa for the Junior division of the 2002 Future Problem Solving Program Scenario Writing Competition.

In episode 16, I mention the new DwM Network ID, I relate why I wasn’t able to podcast during my Christmas break, I talk about my experience and technical difficulties at the Iowa 2000 retreat (previously known as Youth 2000), I summarize the big announcements at the MacWorld and Consumer Electronics Show conferences (including the iPhone, Apple TV, Sync, and Windows Home Server), and I play a new version of the CGP promo.
